Full-time position located in Holtsville, NY.
Pay
$15 – $17 per hour, higher based on experience.
Schedule
9:30 AM – 6:00 PM, includes Sunday and occasional holidays.

Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service support to the assigned client base
- Enter orders via telephone and online
- Respond to and rectify client and/or business issues
Requirements
- Experience in customer service and/or order entry
- Attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with MS Office
- AS400 a plus
