Customer Service Rep / Call Center / Client Support
About the Role
ADP is hiring customer service professionals for hybrid Associate Client Support Consultant positions. This role serves as ADP's front-line for solving clients' challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, helping clients, training their users on ADP technology, and more. You will carry the weight of ADP's service reputation and client satisfaction by assisting clients who have between 1-49 employees.
The position is hybrid, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days at home, with a Monday through Friday work week. The role operates in a metrics-driven call center environment and offers career advancement opportunities, award-winning training, and a collaborative culture.
Responsibilities
- Help clients manage their business using ADP solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving payroll issues.
- Partner with multiple business units and teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Continually upgrade knowledge and skills on payroll, federal and state compliance, standard operating procedures, and other ADP products.
- Adhere to a daily schedule and organize workflow to handle a high volume of inbound calls, with increased phone time during peak seasons.
- Build rapport, establish trust, and communicate clearly with clients over the phone and in writing.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a customer service environment or as an HR/HRIS practitioner with systems experience.
- Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish is a plus.
- College degree is not required; relevant skills and experience are prioritized.
- Other acceptable experiences include military service where skills like teamwork, adaptability, and organization were developed.

Pay
Base salary offers range from $23.00 to $25.00 per hour, with potential additional compensation such as bonuses, equity, or commissions. The hourly range is $17.02 to $30.14, with actual compensation not falling below applicable minimum wage or exempt salary requirements under federal, state, and local laws.
