Customer Service Rep / Account Services Associate / Inside Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for the branch, providing order support and product information.
• Work closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support the order fulfillment process.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers, providing world‑class service.
• Apply exemplary customer service skills, analytics, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Use proficient computer skills to process and review dealer orders, requests, and system‑generated acknowledgements.
• Engage with customers via phone, email, and face‑to‑face for order taking/input and assessing current needs.
• Perform any other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license required if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Personable, enthusiastic, and engaging personality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Travel: local, less than 10% of time.
• Physical demands: prolonged standing, repetitive motions (bending, stooping, pushing, pulling); good hand‑eye coordination, hand dexterity, physical strength; ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
