Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for the branch, providing order support and product information.
• Work closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support the order fulfillment process.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers, providing world‑class service.
• Process and review dealer orders, requests and system‑generated acknowledgements using proficient computer skills.
• Perform any other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Personable, enthusiastic and engaging personality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven success learning new computer systems and processes.
• Travel: Local travel, less than 10% of time.
• Physical: Prolonged standing, repetitive motions (bending, stooping, pushing, pulling); good hand‑eye coordination, hand dexterity, physical strength; ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
