Customer Service Rep / Account Services Associate / Inside Sales Assistant

About the role

Service Partners is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the key customer contact for the branch, providing order support and product information. The role involves working closely with Outside Sales Representatives, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit, and Delivery to support the order fulfillment process.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact for order support and product information.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers and deliver world‑class service.
• Provide exemplary customer service, analytics, and problem‑solving.
• Process and review dealer orders, requests, and system‑generated acknowledgements using computer systems.
• Collaborate with sales, production, credit, and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Perform any other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Personable, enthusiastic, and engaging personality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven success learning new computer systems and processes.

Travel Requirements

Local travel required; less than 10% of time.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
• Good hand‑eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on specific duties.

Pay

The compensation range for this position is $21 to $23 per hour, based on experience. Additional variable compensation may be offered.
