Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Renovation Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Phoenix, AZ. As a Full-Time position, you will be responsible for fielding all incoming renovation-related inquiries and processing Quotes, Orders, and Returns efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Field all incoming renovation-related inquiries via telephone, emails, website, and fax.
- Maintain accurate documentation of Quotes and Orders.
- Meet acceptable turnaround times for Quotes, Returns, and Orders.
- Review and process Return Authorizations (RGA) promptly.
- Monitor Renovation queues.
- Provide web support for renovations.
Requirements
- Good interpersonal skills and effective communication with vendors, managers, and coworkers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong process analysis and improvement skills.
- Able to work in a self-managed team environment, including scheduling work, meetings, and task assignments.

Pay & Schedule
- Hourly wage: $18.00/hour.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am - 6pm.
- Hybrid opportunities available after training.
- No weekends!
