Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Renovation Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Phoenix, AZ. As a Full-Time position, you will be responsible for fielding all incoming renovation-related inquiries and processing Quotes, Orders, and Returns efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Field all incoming renovation-related inquiries via telephone, emails, website, and fax.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of Quotes and Orders.
  • Meet acceptable turnaround times for Quotes, Returns, and Orders.
  • Review and process Return Authorizations (RGA) promptly.
  • Monitor Renovation queues.
  • Provide web support for renovations.

Requirements

  • Good interpersonal skills and effective communication with vendors, managers, and coworkers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong process analysis and improvement skills.
  • Able to work in a self-managed team environment, including scheduling work, meetings, and task assignments.

Pay & Schedule

  • Hourly wage: $18.00/hour.
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am - 6pm.
  • Hybrid opportunities available after training.
  • No weekends!
