Renovation Coordinator

About the role

The Arlington of Naples is recruiting for a hospitality-focused Renovation Coordinator to join their team. The position offers a starting salary of $36/hr, commensurate with experience, and involves working Monday through Friday with some weekend work required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear updates on renovation timelines and progress to both residents and internal teams.
• Conduct weekly walkthroughs with contractors, identifying and tracking outstanding items through detailed punch lists.
• Guide future residents in selecting finishes such as carpet, vinyl, and paint colors - serving as their primary point of contact.
• Order necessary items for unit turnover, including appliances, lighting, and plumbing fixtures.
• Install and replace light fixtures, ceiling fans, switches, outlets, towel bars, and bathroom accessories. Assist with furniture movement when needed.
• Work closely with external vendors to ensure timely and accurate installations, especially for appliances.
• Lead closing walkthroughs with residents, demonstrating apartment features including HVAC systems, appliances, and fire safety components.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in general maintenance, including painting, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance installation.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
• A minimum of five years of experience in project management or the general contracting field.
• A valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay
