Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Renovation Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This full-time position offers competitive wages, flexible scheduling, and a variety of benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, a 401K plan, and paid time off.
Responsibilities
- Analyze product selection, pricing, and fulfillment needs to maximize profitability.
- Source product and vendors, negotiate costs, and competitively price items for renovation projects.
- Adhere to margin guidelines and source non-stock items when constructing bids.
- Maintain consistent Renovation pricing.
- Oversee Renovation projects from start to finish.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Proficiency as a Renovation Coordinator II.
- Good communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite products (Excel, Word, and MS Outlook).
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Renovation Coordination and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. No prior experience in the apartment renovation industry is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.

- Competitive hourly wage of $20.00/hour.
- Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am - 6pm.
