Customer Service Renovation Specialist

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Analyze product selection, pricing, and fulfillment needs to maximize profitability.
• Source product and vendors, negotiate costs, and competitively price items for renovation projects.
• Adhere to margin guidelines and source non-stock items when constructing bids.
• Maintain consistent Renovation pricing.
• Oversee Renovation projects from start to finish.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency as a Renovation Coordinator II.
• Good communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite products (Excel, Word, and MS Outlook).

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Renovation Coordination and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. No prior experience in the apartment renovation industry is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.
