About the role
As a Customer Services and Information Technology Officer (CSITO), you will support Government activities at Herndon, Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Working as part of a motivated, high-performing team
- Resolving critical IT-related issues that negatively impact the customer’s mission
- Collaborating with teammates and government customers to identify process improvements
Requirements
- REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
- Minimum of 6 years related experience.
- Technical Skills - Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Demonstrated experience providing intermediate level support troubleshooting Windows 10 issues, experience supporting audio/visual workstations, laptops, VTC projectors and scanners. Installing Safeboot, anti-virus software and building laptops. Demonstrated experience working with Moodle, Qualtrics, and Adobe Connect. Documenting and developing user instructions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of customer product base (software/hardware)
