Responsibilities

  • Password resets and/or granting share drive access.
  • Submitting new accounts/group accesses.
  • Extensive knowledge about administering databases and share drive accesses.
  • Working knowledge of managing restricted data accesses.
  • Excellent customer service consulting and desktop diagnostic skills.
  • Sound problem resolution, judgment, and decision-making.
  • Experience with TCP/IP and general networking issues.
  • Experience providing superior customer service and support.
  • Experience with ticket tracking, closing, and escalating issues; assisting in installing peripheral IT items and access administration.
  • Strong interpersonal and organization skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with hardware/software.
  • Experience in excellent listening and writing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple task assignments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detailed oriented, as well as, excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate how to use an application, system, etc. to customers of various levels (i.e. junior to senior).
  • Data Transfer Officer (DTO) responsibilities.
  • O&M experience.

Requirements

  • Educational requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years related experience.
  • Certification: CMA required.
