Responsibilities
- Password resets and/or granting share drive access.
- Submitting new accounts/group accesses.
- Extensive knowledge about administering databases and share drive accesses.
- Working knowledge of managing restricted data accesses.
- Excellent customer service consulting and desktop diagnostic skills.
- Sound problem resolution, judgment, and decision-making.
- Experience with TCP/IP and general networking issues.
- Experience providing superior customer service and support.
- Experience with ticket tracking, closing, and escalating issues; assisting in installing peripheral IT items and access administration.
- Strong interpersonal and organization skills.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with hardware/software.
- Experience in excellent listening and writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple task assignments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detailed oriented, as well as, excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate how to use an application, system, etc. to customers of various levels (i.e. junior to senior).
- Data Transfer Officer (DTO) responsibilities.
- O&M experience.
Requirements
- Educational requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
- Minimum of 6 years related experience.
- Certification: CMA required.
