Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of highly talented IT professionals to deliver exceptional customer service, resolve complicated IT-related issues through advanced troubleshooting, and expand one’s technical expertise to accommodate the rapid development and enhancement of new and existing technologies.
- Collaborate with teammates and government customers to identify process improvements.
- Work independently to troubleshoot the gamut of issues users experience with Apple products in a training environment.
Requirements
- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
- Minimum of 6 years related experience.
- Technical skills: Troubleshooting Apple products, Mac Books, Apple TV's, iPads, Cisco Products.
- Security clearance level: Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of McAfee, Microsoft Server 2016-Hyper-V
