About the role
A Customer Services and Information Technology Officer supporting the customer, you will be trusted to solve complex IT issues while delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Working on a team comprised of a wide variety of experienced personnel that provide coverage from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Working with a dedicated, highly skilled team of professionals CMA/DMA team collaboration
- troubleshooting and identifying process improvements
- Resolving critical IT-related issues that negatively impact the mission
- Network and Active Directory Administration
- Lotus Notes and Domino Administration and account provisioning
- Performing remote desktop triage and system repair using remote tools.
- Maintaining and updating records and tracking databases.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
- Minimum of 11 years related experience.
- Technical Skills: Experience using domain admin, experience utilizing Lotus Notes/Domino and Active Directory.
Skills
- Technical proficiency in domain administration
- Experience with Lotus Notes/Domino and Active Directory
- Remote desktop and system repair skills
