About the role

A Customer Services and Information Technology Officer supporting the customer, you will be trusted to solve complex IT issues while delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Working on a team comprised of a wide variety of experienced personnel that provide coverage from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Working with a dedicated, highly skilled team of professionals CMA/DMA team collaboration
  • troubleshooting and identifying process improvements
  • Resolving critical IT-related issues that negatively impact the mission
  • Network and Active Directory Administration
  • Lotus Notes and Domino Administration and account provisioning
  • Performing remote desktop triage and system repair using remote tools.
  • Maintaining and updating records and tracking databases.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
  • Minimum of 11 years related experience.
  • Technical Skills: Experience using domain admin, experience utilizing Lotus Notes/Domino and Active Directory.

  • Technical proficiency in domain administration
  • Experience with Lotus Notes/Domino and Active Directory
  • Remote desktop and system repair skills
