About the role

A Customer Services and Information Technology Officer supporting the customer, you will be trusted to provide critical IT solutions and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Working with a dedicated, highly skilled team of professionals
  • Resolving critical IT-related issues that negatively impact the mission
  • Lending expertise and institutional knowledge to less experienced team members to improve the overall excellence of the team
  • Providing desk side support for hardware and software focused IT issues
  • Collaborating with team members to identify process improvements

Requirements

  • REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience. Minimum of 3 years related experience
  • VTC Skills: coordinating VTC calls, in-room support on Flag 3 & 4 SVTCs, VTCs, Crisis Management System (CMS) calls, JWICS calls, and high profile VIP VTC calls, working with other VOCs throughout IC both domestic and foreign
  • DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS (Optional): Technical Skills: Experience troubleshooting both software and hardware IT-related issues
  • Excellent customer service
  • IT ticketing system experience
