Customer Service / Inside Sales

About the role

Provide professional and timely support to our sales team and customers. Partner with Account Managers to find products and services, solve customer needs, and build ongoing positive business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Customer inquiries, quotes, order processing, expediting / returns
• Sourcing parts
• Aid in generating sales
• Assist in the stockroom
• Deliver orders to customers as needed

Requirements

• 1+ year customer service or inside sales experience
• Industrial distribution or parts counter experience preferred
• Bearings or power transmission knowledge preferred
• Attention to detail, accuracy, ability to multitask, sense of humor
• Written and verbal communication skills, including English grammar
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Mechanical aptitude
• Basic computer skills including Excel
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record (MVR)

Pay

$21.00 – $24.00/hr depending on experience

Schedule

7:30 am – 4:30 pm Monday through Friday
