What You’ll Shine

• Use an effective soft collections approach to calls, both incoming and outgoing, to negotiate and collect past due monies.
• Negotiate payment plans and analyze situations to determine the best course of action while following business practices, policies and State and Federal Laws.
• Remain focused in a goal-oriented atmosphere.
• Have excellent listening skills to understand, influence, evaluate and quickly offer alternatives to customers.
• Present a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Have excellent telephone and communication skills.
• Work independently and keep yourself in check.

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Contact center experience
• Successfully provided the recruiter with the Internet and home requirements
