Customer Service/Collections
Responsibilities
- Speak with customers via inbound/outbound phone calls daily while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Accept payments, and negotiate with consumers to resolve accounts
- Perform account maintenance and accurately document all customer activity

- No experience required
- Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred but not required

About the role
Leading local auto lender is looking for motivated customer service and call center reps in their fast-paced Corporate HQ located in Clearwater, FL. Call Center/Collections experience is preferred, but not required. Proper training will be provided to help you succeed. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred but not required.
