Customer Service and Collections Representative

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and urgency
• Engage with customers to resolve account issues, collect payments, and offer solutions
• Drive sales through strong product knowledge and persuasive communication
• Maintain accurate records and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

We're looking for candidates with strong communication and negotiation skills. Experience in sales, collections, and/or customer service is preferred. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment is also important.

Pay

$16/hr. starting pay + competitive commission structure

Schedule

Day shift schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (no nights or weekends)
