B2B Collections - Customer Service

Responsibilities

• Manage outstanding balances for a portfolio of business customers
• Contact clients regarding overdue invoices and payment arrangements
• Respond to account-related inquiries and provide billing documentation
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and billing concerns
• Auxiliary with credit evaluations, including new account requests and credit limit reviews
• Maintain accurate account notes and collection activity records

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial collections, accounts receivable, or credit operations
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively manage a high-volume workload while delivering excellent customer service

Pay

Pay range: $24-26 p/h
