Job Purpose

The primary mission of the Assistant Manager, Regional Accounts is to supervise and provide leadership to the Regional Accounts Staff and assist with any issues that arise. This position reports directly to the Regional Accounts Manager with delegated duties such as training and mentoring teams to meet and exceed departmental objectives and goals, handling escalated customer account issues, approving adjustments, KPI reporting, performance management, and other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • 6 Years of general business experience
  • 5 Years of B2B customer account experience
  • 3 Years Supervisory Experience
