Customer Service Account Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure daily attendance of employees
  • Schedule and coordinate special services via phone
  • Perform pre- and post-service confirmations
  • Respond promptly to emails and phone inquiries
  • Maintain and update CRM systems
  • Follow up on equipment repairs and service-related issues
  • Process contractor invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Source, vet, hire, and onboard new contractors and employees

Qualifications

  • Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in an office setting
  • Strong and consistent work history
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
  • Certain decision-making with sound business judgment
  • Confident in prioritizing in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • High attention to detail with strong follow-up skills in a high-volume environment
  • Management experience preferred but not required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and E-Verify
