Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure daily attendance of employees
- Schedule and coordinate special services via phone
- Perform pre- and post-service confirmations
- Respond promptly to emails and phone inquiries
- Maintain and update CRM systems
- Follow up on equipment repairs and service-related issues
- Process contractor invoices accurately and efficiently
- Source, vet, hire, and onboard new contractors and employees
Qualifications
- Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- 2+ years of customer service experience in an office setting
- Strong and consistent work history
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
- Certain decision-making with sound business judgment
- Confident in prioritizing in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail with strong follow-up skills in a high-volume environment
- Management experience preferred but not required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and E-Verify
