About the role

The Customer Account Coordinator is responsible for initial point of contact for Sales and Customer, developing strong client relationships, managing inventory, vendor coordination, and performing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients across multiple organizational levels including production, management, accounting, shipping, and design.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to provide significant input to production planning and service strategies.
  • Manage order management functions including estimating, communication timelines, order entry, follow-up, tracking, and billing.
  • Ensure high accuracy across multiple systems such as order entry, purchase requisition, estimating, and price adjustment files.
  • Initiate entry of customer complaints into the customer feedback system and follow up for timely resolution.
  • Manage inventory replenishment orders, analyze min/max levels, and make adjustments based on seasonality.
  • Communicate aging inventory and assist in reconciliation of aged products.
  • Coordinate raw materials with vendors to support delivery timelines.

Qualifications, Skills And Knowledge

  • Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with HRMS, Kiwi, and SAP is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to fluctuating business cycles and workloads due to seasonal changes.
  • Mathematical proficiency including working with fractions and decimals, estimating, and preparing quotations.
  • Effective multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • 2-5 years of customer service experience, preferably in an industry-specific and account management role.
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
