About the role
We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to work at a premier manufacturing client in Farmington, CT.
Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers via inbound and outbound communications
- Answering incoming emails, assisting with quotes, orders, and providing tracking updates and general inquiries
- Maintaining professionalism and establishing positive rapport with customers and teammates
- Entering quotes and orders, processing requests accurately and promptly using SAP and other systems
- Meting customer service targets such as order entry and handling miscellaneous administrative duties as needed
- Collaborating with other internal departments to resolve customer needs
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience (mandatory)
- Skilled in accurate data entry and patient, diplomatic communication
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, or other CRM systems
- Able to learn quickly and adapt to new processes
- Able to work weekends, nights, and some holidays as required
- Hold a minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
