Customer Account Coordinator
About the role
The Customer Account Coordinator supports Georgia-Pacific's Mt. Wolf box plant, acting as a primary liaison between the sales team, internal departments, and customers. This role ensures accurate orders, high-quality customer service, and timely deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts through proactive communication and collaboration with internal teams
- Create and maintain spreadsheets to track inventory, order status, and production-related data
- Enter orders, cancellations, and changes with accuracy and focus on customer needs
- Coordinate shipments with the shipping department and follow up on customer feedback
- Partner with the Commercial team to enhance GP's position in the market
- Conduct periodic customer visits for business reviews or onboarding activities
- Create and manage new items through the production process
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable duties as needed
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite daily
Requirements
- 2+ years of Customer Account Management experience
- Comfortable using all Microsoft Office products
- Intermediate experience using Excel (creating and utilizing formulas and spreadsheets)
- Record-keeping management/documentation experience
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and vendors

Schedule
This is an onsite role based at our Mt. Wolf, PA plant. The Customer Account Coordinator operates on a 8am-5pm schedule Monday-Friday, with flexibility as needed based on customer demand.
