About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service & Account Coordinator. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to enhance customer satisfaction and manage account relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and provide excellent service
  • Manage customer accounts, including billing, payments, and account updates
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experiences
  • Prepare reports and analytics to support business decisions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or account management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to handle stressful situations professionally
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus
