About the role
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service & Account Coordinator. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to enhance customer satisfaction and manage account relationships.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and provide excellent service
- Manage customer accounts, including billing, payments, and account updates
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experiences
- Prepare reports and analytics to support business decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Qualifications
- Proven ability to handle stressful situations professionally
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
