Customer Sales and Service Representative
About the role
Use your customer service skills to solve real-world problems while working Monday through Friday. This role offers a competitive base salary with incentive opportunities, benefits, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement. You’ll build ongoing business relationships with customers, providing expert assistance on a wide variety of questions and problems—far beyond just taking orders and fielding complaints.
In partnership with over 4,000 world-class manufacturers, we are an industry-leading value-added distributor of innovative and reliable industrial products. Since 1923, we’ve been committed to having the right part in stock and delivering it when customers need it. No prior industrial distribution experience is required; we’ll provide training.
Your ability to quickly and efficiently provide the right parts or solutions—especially during equipment breakdowns—will directly impact our ability to win and retain customers. You’ll occasionally use mechanical aptitude to help solve customer problems or troubleshoot processes.
