Customer Sales and Service Representative

Essential Functions

• Compose grammatically correct correspondence such as claim notes, emails and any other form of internal or external written communication.
• Transpose claims from client portals into existing system for service.
• Manage a high volume of inbound calls.

Required Competencies and Experience

• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to collect and interpret data to effectively and efficiently solve problems.
• Ability to sit and work on a computer with a headset for long periods of time.
• Computer proficiency.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years previous customer service experience.
