Customer Sales and Service Representative

Responsibilities
- Interact extensively with customers to clarify their needs, research, and recommend parts
- Provide quotes and take orders for parts
- Support and service original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), industrial companies, engineering firms, and heavy equipment customers who utilize fluid power
- Occasionally perform hands-on work requiring mechanical aptitude
- Act as an inside sales partner, providing assistance to a wide variety of customer questions and problems
- Build ongoing business relationships with customers
Requirements
- 6 months + of customer service, call center, or inside sales experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Solid organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
