Responsibilities

• Interact extensively with customers to clarify their needs, research and recommend parts, provide quotes, and take orders.
• Provide sales support and service to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), industrial companies, engineering firms, heavy equipment customers, etc., where fluid power is utilized.
• Occasionally perform hands-on work requiring mechanical aptitude.
• Build ongoing business relationships with customers.

Requirements

• 6 months + of customer service, call center or inside sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Solid organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
