Accountabilities
- Identify BD’s customer number based on customer address demographics using various data sources.
- Validate customers are eligible for and aligned to the appropriate GPO contracts/tier
- Utilize Membership Analytics database to ensure customers are SGA (Single Group Affiliation) by identifying customer contract connections to be expired
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data to include data acquisition, data mining, and data analysis
- Strong proficiency and advanced skills with Microsoft Excel (Must demonstrate strong abilities with VLookups, pivot tables and other analytic formulas)
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize a variable workload to meet schedules with accurate results
- Ability to work independently in a team environment, be self-motivated and to multi-task while achieving expectations
- Analytical problem solver
- PREFERRED: Experience in ERP (SAP) and reporting (Business Intelligence) systems
