Customer Account Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, estimate and enter orders
• Facilitate excellent customer relationships supporting Sales, Manufacturing and shipping operations
• Understand and work with manufacturing processes to achieve on-time customer deliveries
• Take customer orders either directly or through account managers
• Place orders on a timely basis for materials and supplies
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, quotations, changes, confirmations, complaints, and questions
• Process purchase orders, coordinate account credits, and maintain customer data
• Work with production staff and utilize KIWI system to achieve on-time customer deliveries

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Preferred computer data-entry experience
• Preferred experience in the corrugate box industry
• Five years of customer relations experience, preferably one year in the industry
