About the role

Closet Factory of New Jersey is seeking enthusiastic, professional salespeople to join their growing team. The position is remote, with a focus on individuals living in Staten Island, Union, Essex, Somerset, or Hudson areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients
• Gain referrals and repeat business from existing client base
• Effectively network with associations and other groups
• Work independently and in teams
• Space planning, visualization, and measuring of spaces
• Provide full-time positions with best training in the industry
• Receive pre-set qualified leads and industry-leading technology and support
• Enjoy working with people in a competitive, fully-commissioned environment
• Have solid selling, negotiation, and closing skills
• Be detail-oriented and have an interest in interior design and home organization
• Communicate effectively
• Work flexible hours to fit most lifestyles

Requirements

• 2+ years of Sales or Design Experience
• Home Improvement Related Sales Experience
• Basic Computer Skills

Qualifications

• A+ Certification but not necessary
