About the role
Closet Factory of New Jersey is seeking enthusiastic, professional sales consultants to join their growing team. This role involves in-home consultations and is primarily based in Mercer, Middlesex, Union, Somerset, Morris, and Monmouth counties in New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients
- Able to gain referrals and repeat business from existing clients
- Effectively network with associations and other groups
- Work independently and in teams
- Space planning, visualization, and measurement of spaces
- Work in a competitive, fully-commissioned environment
- Have solid selling, negotiation, and closing skills
- Have an interest in interior design and home organization
- Communicate effectively
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales or design experience
- Home improvement related sales experience
- You must be trainable/coachable
- Basic computer skills
