Custom Closet - Sales & Design Consultant

About the role

Closet Factory of New Jersey is seeking passionate, upbeat, professional salespeople to join their growing sales team. This is a remote position, though offices and a showroom are located in Fanwood, NJ. The ideal candidate lives in Mercer, Middlesex, or Monmouth areas to service growing appointment requests in those counties.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients
• Gain referrals and repeat business from existing client base
• Effectively network with associations and other groups
• Work independently and in teams
• Space planning, visualization, and measuring a space
• Work flexible hours to fit most lifestyles

Requirements

• 2+ years of Sales or Design Experience
• Home Improvement Related Sales Experience
• Basic Computer Skills

Qualifications

• A+ Certification but not necessary
• Trainable/Coachable

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented
• Interest in interior design and home organization
