About the role

Closet Factory of New Jersey is seeking passionate, upbeat, and professional salespeople to join their growing sales team. This is a remote position, though the offices and showroom are located in Fanwood, NJ. The ideal candidate lives in the Mercer, Hunterdon, or Somerset areas to service growing appointment requests in those counties.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients
• Gain referrals and repeat business from existing client base
• Effectively network with associations and other groups
• Work independently and in teams
• Space planning, visualization, and measuring a space
• Enjoy working with people

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales or design experience
• Home improvement related sales experience
• Basic computer skills

• Comfortable working in a competitive, fully-commissioned environment
• Solid selling, negotiation, and closing skills
• An interest in interior design and home organization
