Custom Closet - Sales & Design Consultant

About the role

Closet Factory of New Jersey is seeking enthusiastic, creative, and detail-oriented sales professionals to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of sales or design experience, particularly in home improvement related fields. Successful candidates will enjoy working with people, possess strong selling and negotiation skills, and have an interest in interior design and home organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients
• Able to gain referrals and repeat business from existing client base
• Effectively network with associations and other groups
• Work independently and in teams
• Space planning, visualization, and measuring a space
• Take company-provided qualified leads and prospect new business in New Jersey

Requirements

• Basic computer skills
• You must be trainable/coachable
• 2+ years of sales or design experience
• Home improvement related sales experience (A+ not necessary)
