CT Technologist - Full Time, Evening Shift

About the Role

The CT Technologist operates computed tomography (CT) and other imaging equipment to produce diagnostic cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs, and tissues. They perform a range of imaging procedures, including general radiography and fluoroscopy, ensuring accurate, high-quality images for interpretation.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care across all ages from adolescence to geriatric.
  • Produce reformatted images such as sagittal and coronal views for radiologists.
  • Use PACS and teleradiology systems to transfer images securely.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and billing information while adhering to HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance, calibration, and manage supply inventory.
  • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in radiologic technology and CT modality.
  • Advanced CT certification required in some regions; BLS certification mandatory.
  • Venipuncture certification preferred in certain locations.
  • Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology preferred.
