Duties
- To Include Onboarding new customers and jobs via good phone customer service
- Aid Project Managers in the scheduling of field production labor
- Aid Technicians with job, material, and customer solutions
- Work with the production, purchasing and management staff as a team to bring projects from conception to completion
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- At least 6 years of experience as an CSR/Administrative Assistant
- A plus 4 years of experience in the construction industry
- Service Titan experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
