Critical Care Float Pool - Travel Registered Nurse - $2550 per week.

About the Role

An experienced registered nurse is sought for a travel nursing position in a Medical ICU setting. The role involves floating to multiple units, including neuro critical care, with a focus on complex cases such as sepsis, ESRD, AKI, post-cardiac arrest, and respiratory failure.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a Medical ICU and other designated units.
• Adapt to various units as needed, including neuro critical care.
• Maintain compliance with facility standards and protocols.

Requirements

• Valid Massachusetts nursing license.
• Minimum 10 months of recent ICU experience, preferably in a Level 1 ICU or MICU.
• ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications.
• Float experience (not counted toward unit experience).
• Reference from a recent charge nurse.
• Proof of identification and eligibility for travel (must live more than 90 miles from the facility).
• COVID vaccination required (religious and medical exemptions accepted).
• Necessary health documents for onboarding.

Schedule

• Flexible shifts, primarily 12-hour nights.
• 36 or 48 hours per week.
• Must adhere to holiday and time-off policies.
