Critical Care Float Pool - Travel Registered Nurse - $2130 per week.

About the Role

Seeking an experienced travel nurse with a focus on critical care to provide specialized patient care across multiple units. The role involves floating between facilities, primarily at Emory Decatur, and handling ED border patients within the specialty.

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality patient care in critical care settings
• Floating between units and locations as needed
• Handling ED border patients within specialty
• Adhering to shift schedules and requesting time off upfront
• Maintaining compliance with required certifications and health documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 18 months of recent nursing experience, including 10 months in Critical Care Float Pool in the past 3 years
• Georgia or compact nursing license
• Certifications: BLS and NIH Stroke Scale
• Strong references, current license, and proof of identification
• Travel only, with candidates residing more than 50 miles from the facility
• Experience in float roles does not count toward unit experience
• Must be able to float within specialty and handle ED border patients

Schedule

• Available for 12-hour night shifts, with 3 shifts per week
• Maximum of 7 days off, with holiday and time-off policies in place
