Crisis Response - On-Call, Flexible Overnight Shifts

About the role

We are seeking dedicated Crisis Service Professionals to provide on‑call crisis response, risk assessments, and mobile support for individuals experiencing mental health emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Respond to crisis calls and conduct risk assessments
• Provide brief crisis counseling and connect clients to community resources
• Meet clients in various settings and respond to emergency situations
• Gather information and maintain relationships with community partners
• Document all interactions and stay informed on relevant laws and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field
• Preferably one year of experience working with mental health clients
• Knowledge of community resources and relevant statutes
• Strong crisis assessment, decision-making, and relationship-building skills
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to respond within one hour
