About the role

Supporting day-to-day operational activities by processing service requests, transactions, and workflow updates in accordance with established procedures.
Monitoring queues, schedules, and work items to support timely handling of customer needs.
Documenting operational activities, service changes, and exceptions within required systems.
Assisting with operational reporting, data collection, and status updates for internal review.
Escalating service issues, delays, or exceptions to supervisors following defined protocols.

Experience in a customer service or operations role preferred.
