Creator Partnerships Coordinator

About the role

This role is the operational backbone of our creator partnerships team. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining a high-quality pipeline of creators, as well as supporting outreach, onboarding, and day-to-day execution across campaigns. You’ll work directly with Creator Partnerships Managers to ensure creators are activated quickly, supported effectively, and set up to perform. This is a high-output, fast-paced role ideal for someone who wants to build deep experience in the creator economy and grow into a Creator Partnerships Manager over time.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify creators aligned with active campaigns and target niches
• Execute high-volume outreach via email, Instagram, and other channels
• Manage follow-ups and maintain consistent communication with creator leads
• Qualify creators based on brand fit, audience, and performance potential
• Support creator onboarding, including tracking links, briefs, and campaign setup
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, responses, and creator status
• Monitor creator activity and flag performance trends or issues
• Aid in reporting, payouts, and campaign optimization

Requirements

• Some experience working in the influencer, performance, or affiliate marketing space
• Experience coordinating projects in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable in a startup setting and helping shape how things get done
• Strong familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, etc.), the creator economy, and trends
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially for outreach and follow-ups
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and materials
• Resourceful and proactive team player who values collaboration and can work independently in a fast-moving environment
• Genuinely interested in working directly with creators

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Nice to have: Perfectionist who takes pride in producing precise, polished, and error-free work
• Experience with outreach tools, CRMs, or tracking systems
• Strong proficiency with contracts, spreadsheets, and data tracking
• Scrappy hustler mentality that's action-oriented and problem-solving
• Social chameleon who can adapt to different creator personalities and knows when to be hands-on vs. hands-off
• Excelling at handling difficult conversations in adverse or competitive situations

Pay

$50,000 – $60,000 base salary + uncapped performance-based commission

Schedule

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including (but not limited to) location, experience, and performance. Total compensation will scale with the results you drive. On-Target Earnings (OTE): $95,000 – $135,000+ Top performers who consistently generate a strong creator pipeline, maintain high outreach performance, and execute campaigns efficiently can significantly exceed these ranges.
