About the role
This position is part of the Creator Partnerships team at Zulay Kitchen. We are seeking an enthusiastic and strategic individual to help grow our network of creators and affiliates.Responsibilities
- Hunt down and recruit awesome creators, influencers, and affiliate partners.
- Build genuine relationships that turn one-time collaborations into long-term partnerships.
- Manage creator campaigns from first outreach to final post.
- Communicate campaign goals, product details, and creative direction.
- Negotiate partnership terms and compensation.
- Stay ahead of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and social media trends.
- Keep creator campaigns organized, on schedule, and running smoothly.
- Review content to ensure it matches our brand and quality standards.
- Find fresh opportunities to grow our creator community and expand our reach.
Requirements
- Passionate about TikTok and the creator economy.
- Outgoing personality.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Experience in managing social media campaigns.
- Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the creator economy and social media trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
