Countersales Rep

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
• Avoid all parts orders being inaccurate.
• Aid customers in determining necessary parts information such as parts numbers, quantities, sourcing, freight, timelines, etc.
• Support the Parts department in all areas as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• At least 2 years experience in a customer service role.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Strong computer skills.
• Professional communication skills: verbal, written, email, phone, face-to-face.
• Ability to work as part of a team and individually to achieve department and company goals.
• Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
• Outgoing, positive personality.
• Self-motivated, willing to go above and beyond to get the job done.
• Strongly preferred: Bilingual English/Spanish, Knowledge of Cat Systems, Previous experience working in a heavy equipment, parts, or industrial setting.
