Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (relevant experience considered)
- 3+ years in manufacturing or cost accounting
- Proficiency with ERP systems; Epicor Kinetic experience a plus
- Strong knowledge of general and cost accounting principles
- Advanced Excel and Office Suite skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage and develop a team
- Strong collaboration skills across departments
- Willingness to support audit and compliance activities
