About the role
Corporate Services Administrator is responsible for completing administrative tasks in relation to daily campus operations and special events on campus. This role is not only the first point of contact for guests when they visit the Wawa Corporate Headquarters, but they also play a pivotal role in supporting our Associates with any on-campus events.
Responsibilities
- Reception
- Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to all guests while facilitating the campus check-in process, including recording relevant information, notifying associates of their guests’ arrival, and enforcing campus security procedures by controlling access.
- Answer telephone calls, routing to the appropriate individuals and providing general information or requests as they arise.
- Manage the day-to-day tasks for services on campus including communication with outside vendors, composing emails, receiving guests and visitors, and all other processes for daily operations.
- Maintain campus seating directory, making additions and edits according to changes of associates on campus.
- Coordinate charges for the team’s P-Card and other campus expenses.
- Handle unexpected visitors with immediate attention while ensuring safety and security standards and processes are upheld.
- Maintain reception and coffee station areas in the main lobby to ensure area is clean and prepared for guests.
- Campus Events
- Coordinate the event intake process for Corporate Services, including creating calendar invitations and logistics communications for events, meetings, and celebrations on campus.
- Communicate effectively with Associates to help bring their event vision to fruition.
- Create layouts for events/meetings.
- Create purchase orders via Coupa for Campus Events and Corporate Services–related purchases.
- Provide potential day-of support for Campus Engagement Events.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 3–5 years of relevant receptionist/front desk experience
- Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
