Role Summary
You will manage full-cycle recruitment for finance-related positions while partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for professional and management-level positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing and hiring strategies.
- Manage a high-volume requisition load while maintaining quality and speed throughout the hiring process.
- Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates for Finance, Accounting, and Treasury positions.
- Cook up interviews, candidate communications, offers, and onboarding activities.
- Cook up strong relationships with internal stakeholders and provide consultative recruiting guidance.
- Coach hiring managers on recruiting best practices, interviewing techniques, and market trends.
- Mentor junior recruiters and provide support on challenging hiring situations.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Monitor recruiting metrics and continuously improve hiring processes and candidate experience.
- Support employer branding and talent pipeline development initiatives.
Requirements
- Must-haves:
- 5–8 years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.
- Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment workloads (20–25 concurrent requisitions).
- Experience recruiting Finance, Accounting, and/or Treasury professionals.
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
- Experience recruiting for professional and management-level positions.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A confident, proactive, and relationship-driven approach to recruiting.
- Nice-to-haves (optional):
- Experience mentoring or coaching recruiters.
- Experience recruiting Director-level positions in partnership with senior leadership.
- Experience with enterprise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of recruiting metrics and workforce planning.
