Position Summary
The primary objective of this position is to identify, screen, interview, submit, and place qualified candidates to meet our customer's requirements.
Responsibilities
- Use designated recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools
- Utilize job boards, referrals, networking, and other tools designed for sourcing candidates
- Participate in Virtual Interview Prep with Account Managers to properly prepare candidates for interviews with clients
- Match candidates' strengths with our clients' requirements by sourcing, calling, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Negotiate compensation packages for offers of employment with candidates and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements
- Work with Account Managers to understand the job order requirements to submit candidates and reach company goals
- Communicate effectively with others and embrace diversity of thought to create a productive environment
- Maintain relationships within the industry to provide awesome customer service, gain industry knowledge, build candidate pipeline, and obtain referrals
- Perform other duties as requested
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in marketing, communication, sales, or business)
- Minimum 3.0 G.P.A.
- Prior work experience (preferred; hospitality, retail, food, and beverage)
- Prior working experience with customers or in a customer service capacity
- Prior leadership experience (in work, academics or extracurricular)
- A desire to develop a career in sales
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to put in extra time when necessary
