Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with qualified candidates using job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Utilize sourcing tools and technologies to target passive candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Create job descriptions to accurately reflect role duties, requirements, and responsibilities.
- Conduct initial outreach, pre-qualify applicants, and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine sourcing strategies and adjust search criteria based on evolving business needs.
- Maintain detailed records of sourcing activity and provide regular updates on talent pool metrics and progress.
- Represent Joseph J. Albanese Inc. at industry events, networking opportunities, and career fairs to enhance candidate sourcing and promote the company brand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- At least 5 years’ experience in talent sourcing or corporate recruitment, ideally within the construction or related sectors.
- Exceptional sourcing skills, including familiarity with advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent mapping techniques.
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and recruiting technologies.
- Able to manage multiple sourcing projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
