About the role

WIELAND’s Corporate Recruiters are effective business partners who quickly understand business goals, hiring needs, and position requirements. This well-organized, motivated individual will handle full-cycle recruiting, partnering with key leaders to identify industry experts, create targeted sourcing campaigns, and organize and execute networking events. Recruiters play an integral role in company growth by applying WIELAND’s core value of identifying and hiring the best people.

Responsibilities

• Provide insight into the most effective recruiting opportunities to acquire top talent.
• Source candidates through various online tools, universities, referrals, and other creative methods.
• Communicate with candidates from initial application through interviews, assessments, and completion of new hire paperwork.
• Conduct and coordinate orientations for newly hired employees.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Regional Directors and other hiring managers to ensure confidentiality and proper support in hiring goals.

Requirements

• 2 years’ experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process.
• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment across a variety of roles.
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
